I think that one thing that people have overlooked during the pandemic is that there are many opportunities to get outdoors and enjoy the environment. Something to look at is that during these winter-spring months, there are plenty of opportunities to go surfing. A lot of people are saying that the waves aren't too bad, and that due to COVID-19, there aren't many crowds. For example, at Bolinas, some members of the Petaluma High School Surf Club have done this in the last few months. Closer to Petaluma, there are also many trails that people can take advantage of, whether it be the Lynch Creek Trail, or at Helen Putnam Park.
