During this pandemic many people, including myself, have found it hard to stay mentally well and physically healthy. I've found that taking daily morning walks helps improve my moods and contributes to a healthy being. To stay active, I also do yoga whenever I can. I've also found that reading has helped with my wellbeing. I read atleast a book a week and more when time permits. Personally, reading has helped alleviate my stress and it is a fun hobby that anyone can pick up!
