    Staying Mentally & Physically Healthy

    I workout 5 days a week for approximately 3 hours each day. I did this throughout quarantine and it has made my life much more normal. I am now actively in the middle of my football season, with 4 high school games and 2 club games under my belt. Always keep what you love to do in your life! In 2 weeks, football ends and lacrosse begins. An active body, is an mind!
