    Staying well in isolation

    Hello everyone! I thought I would pop on here with some of the ways that help me stay positive during these tough times. First, it is very important to get dressed and ready every once in a while, even if you are not going anywhere. It is good to always take care of yourself even when you are by yourself. Secondly, eating well and exercising regularly will make your mood go up and give you more energy throughout the day. Lastly, I love to occupy my time with new books, television shows, and by keeping contact with my friends over zoom and facetime.
