Over the next few weeks, most Petaluma, and surrounding area, schools will be reopening for in-person learning. Will we ever return to "normal" again? I saw a newspaper photo recently. It was of two students hugging in front of the school. They were reunited after almost a year of no in-person school. The article was all about safety protocol - 6 feet, no touching, masks, etc. Are students fearful or is "the only thing we have to fear is fear itself?" I am not fearful. I am intelligent and will make wise decisions. While I understand the virus is real, I am not going to let it steal another minute of my life. If I live in fear, I will sit at home and do nothing - then this virus will take my life.

I workout 5 days a week for approximately 3 hours each day. I did this throughout quarantine and it has made my life much more normal. I am now actively in the middle of my football season, with 4 high school games and 2 club games under my belt. Always keep what you love to do in your life! In 2 weeks, football ends and lacrosse begins. An active body, is an mind!
